Latte Stone Cafe was created by Dibina Coffee and Hafa Adai Hands.
Dibina Coffee, by Dibina Cruz, is a Coffee Roaster that specializes in SE Asian Coffee and Chamoru / Pacific Islander coffee syrups.
Hafa Adai Hands, by Chef Ed Sablan, brings rich flavors and traditions of the Mariana Islands to Portland, OR.
We came together to create a Cafe that revolved around Community and our Culture. As Chamoru people, our roots are deeply tied to the Pacific. Our ancestors were master seafarers who navigated vast oceans long before borders existed, connecting islands, cultures, and traditions. That spirit of exploration continues to inspire us today.
Our menu reflects that journey, blending flavors from Southeast Asia, the Pacific Islands, and the PNW.
